Traveling down the stairs you will end in a finished walk out basement with two bedrooms, and a reading area. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a view of beautiful Lake Tahoe. The second bathroom with tub/shower rounds out the lower level.
Outside, the wrap around deck is designed for maximum view with safety-glass railings. The home sits on 3 acres of land and 143' of lake frontage.
